Current Renovations are going smoothly. The Loft, sunroom, 3 upstairs bedrooms and bathroom have all been drywalled, taped and painted. Carpets and vinyl flooring going in this weekend. Main floor laminate flooring was installed last week and looks fantastic. Sleek Ikea kitchen installation recently completed. The main floor bathroom tile tub surround and is backsplash looking very sharp.
Basement development has also been ongoing. There is a nice entertainment area with wet bar near completion.
All new windows are in.
Next weeks project will be the front deck area that will be totally rebuilt and create fantastic curb appeal.
Landscaping and laying sod will be the last project to complete when the weather permitting.
